GOT the bike to choose Malal, we now had to think about how to get it fixed, or moved to BMW in Mendoza.The first order of business was to go to the local motorcycle shop whom we were reliably informed would be able to fix it. The first reaction was no way And there is no one here who can. So our next option was to try to find the parts ourselves and have a go. We managed to find the exact bolt that we needed for the suspension but upon inspection on the bike we also found that the two bushes that held the Bolton place were also missing. So now we were left with no other choices but to try to ship the bike up to BMW.

Now the process started to get interesting. We managed to find one person who said he might be able to arrange a truck and that person would contact me shortly.

I needed to get the bike to Mendoza and by no later than Monday it was now Friday.. But at the same time we had to be our next hotel in Uca Valley on Saturday so I needed to get the bike moved prior to us leaving. It was a long and tiring and stressful day. I eventually bullied the owner into departing at 1 am on Friday night to make the eight hour journey to San Rafael. And then on Monday morning to deliver the truck and the bike to BMW in Mendoza. All of this was depleting my cash deposits very fast.
